The main aims of the Academy are to develop the skills and techniques of young players through our unique progressive training programme.

All children attending primary school from September 2009 are eligible to apply for a place at the Academy. There are no trials to qualify and places will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.

Soccer Excel believes that through providing children with a positive, safe and secure environment to play sports, youngsters will develop their passion for sports activity.

As their love of sport grows, so will their willingness and need for further sports participation and education. Through greater activity and encouragement, children will build their knowledge and understanding of sports.

‘Skills for Life’
Through a greater knowledge and understanding, sport can help children build confidence and self-esteem and also develop social, physical, technical and psychological skills, and a desire for lifelong participation
in sport.
